Josh's 6th Birthday

Josh turned six on July 3. He had a really cool Indiana Jones party. They had an obstacle style treasure hunt. He had a lot of cousins to play with. All of Val's (Steve's sister) kids were in town from Hawaii (including the infamous Joe, Mir, and Jon trio). Steve's brother, Jon, and his wife Cami and boys came as well. He also had all of Steve's brothers and sister still living at home and both sets of his grandparents come too. We are lucky to be by our families, especially for birthdays and special occasions. Steve made another awesome cake this year. (I bake it; he decorates it). It was really cool. There were walls made out of graham crakers and steps made out of candies. Of course Indy and the boulder were on it too. Steve also made homemade whips as a party favor made out of black electrical tape wrapped around rope. We had snakes and boulders (spaghetti and meatballs) for dinner. We are glad he had such a fun birthday. He is loving Indiana Jones lately, especially Indiana Jones legos. Which he got a set for his birthday. I can't believe he is this old already. He is a very good boy. I tell him that all the time and he just says, "I know."
