Catchin' Up

Okay, we're catching up some here. So, here is some stuff from the month of April. Hey, better late than never!

Watch out...clear the roads

Ben always begs to "drive the car." One day after exercise class at the church when we weren't in a hurry to get anywhere, so I let him. He was really rocking out to th e music too, and check out the wipers action. I guess he thought it was raining. Silly boy!

To Infinity and Beyond

Ben loves to jump off the end of Josh's bed and pretend to be Buzz Lightyear. For a while whenever he would do it he would seriously do a belly flop onto the carpet. He would then go , "uh, ow". It was too funny. We tried to get the belly flop on tape , but I guess he realized that it actually hurt to do that before we could capture it. This will have to do. Still pretty cute and funny. That Ben is a character for sure!

Evan scooting

Here is a little video of Evan scooting. He gets cuter towards the end. He has improved from the army crawl now to a real crawl. No standing up or walking yet though. I'm not complaining. I was so anxious for Josh to hit all those firsts and milestones. Not with Evan, we just enjoy it as it comes. Hmm, maybe I still need to relax a bit with Josh.

Cosmo is back!

We went to a BYU volleyball game against Pepperdine at Long Beach State a couple of weeks ago. The Cougars did great winning their first two matches and then went on to lose the last three matches, losing the game. (Sorry if that is not the right Vball terminology.) What a bummer! But baby Cosmo is back. Evan donned the outfit for the night and was quite adorable. Some of you may recall when Josh used to wear that outfit as a baby when we were students up at BYU. Thanks mom for making it for us - it's awesome! Too bad you can't see the tail - it really makes the outfit. Joshy used to get SO much attention. We would walk around at games and everyone would turn around to look at him. He even made it up on the big screen a couple of times and some stranger even asked to take a picture with him. Unfortunately, the outfit and baby Cosmo may go back into retirement again. Good memories!

Our life is a zoo

Yes, with three little boys our lives are very much like a zoo. So, on that theme we have season passes to the LA Zoo. So, on an overly warm sunny Saturday we ventured over to the zoo. The boys had a good time. We need to go more often soon before it gets overly hot and smelly.

I thought this monkey was so cute the way he was just sitting there like that.

Just because

st Josh and Ben were helping Daddy fix the weedwacker string and I thought they looked so cute sitting together like that. So, here it is, just because.

Choclatey Evan

Yah, Evan got a hold of the choclate. Shortly after Easter Evan found a little egg treat around (gee I wonder who would leave one laying around like that - Not to name names but it probably starts with a B and ends with an N). As you can see he was quite proud of himself and enjoyed it thoroughly. Not only did he make a huge mess, but I had to pry the foil wrapper out of his mouth. Silly baby!

Star Wars Legos

Here are some pictures of the Star Wars Legos building fest that Steve and Josh had together one afternoon. Josh put the sets up according to the "chapters" he was doing. I guess they are scenes from the movies. I wouldn't know since I've never actually seen the movies all the way through. Yah, it is hard to believe that Steve still married me anyway. So, if you need some explanation you'd have to ask Josh. Please disregard the messy faces and strange looks from Josh and Ben in the pictures. It was right after desert and right before bedtime (likely past their bedtime). This is for all those Star Wars lego fans out there. You know who you are (ahem, like all the male Snows).
